Excellent Hotel near Darling Harbour
hotel cleanliness lovely bathroom comfortable bed attentive staff
I loved the hotel cleanliness. My room had a lovely bathroom and it was super clean. The bed was super comfortable I slept so well. The staff were attentive to every request I made.
The hotel can get very busy sometimes. I had to wait a short time during check-in.

The hotel location is convenient to explore the area. It is next to the ICC. Convention Tram station is only 80 meters away so transportation is easy.

My room had coffee and tea available. Quality toiletries are a great plus. The spacious shower area was spotlessly clean. There was lots of storage space.

The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. They offered great support with a smile. The service at the Atellier Restaurant was really good too.

The hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. The bathroom was spacious and included a large shower area. Breakfast service to the room was a delight (I loved the variety!).

I was upgraded to a Luxury Corner Room One King Bed. The room included a spacious layout and great amenities. The bed was especially comfortable. I found the breakfast at Atelier amazing. There was lots of variety.
The staff were not particularly friendly. A simple greeting upon entering the hotel was missing. the room was not cleaned well. I found new black hairs in the bathroom daily despite us having light hair.
